About Aware Sustainability
Sustainability reporting has mostly been built for large enterprises with dedicated ESG teams and consultants. Small and medium enterprises in Singapore increasingly need to report too — for bank financing applications, investor and shareholder requests, and supply-chain ESG questionnaires from larger customers — but usually without the headcount or budget to do it the way a listed company would.
Aware Sustainability is built for that gap: a lean, guided path from raw activity data (utility bills, fuel receipts, waste records) to a structured emissions summary, a materiality assessment informed by real stakeholder input, and a sustainability report organized around the same four pillars — Governance, Strategy, Risk Management, and Metrics & Targets — that IFRS S1/S2 uses.
SMEs aren't currently within Singapore's mandatory ACRA filing scope for sustainability reporting. We built this to support voluntary disclosure and the practical business reasons SMEs are asked to report today, not as a government filing tool.
