Terms of Service
1. What this Service is
Aware Sustainability ("the Service") helps small and medium enterprises in Singapore track carbon emissions, run a materiality assessment, and draft a sustainability report. The Service supports voluntary disclosure, financing applications, and supply-chain requests — it does not replace mandatory regulatory filings.
2. Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you or your team enter, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for anything done under your account. Each company account is managed by the people your organization invites to it, with role-based access (admin/editor/viewer).
3. AI-assisted features
Some features (bill data extraction from photos, materiality survey draft comments, sustainability report narrative and recommendations) use AI models to generate output from data you provide. AI output can be wrong or incomplete — review it before relying on it, and you remain responsible for figures and statements in any report you export or share.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Details of current plans, pricing, and what happens if a subscription lapses will be described at checkout and on the billing page once pricing is finalized.
5. No warranty, limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" during this stage of development. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and limit our liability for damages arising from your use of the Service. (Placeholder — exact limitation language needs legal drafting.)
